I’m a little sad that I’m using wordpress for my website. I had dreams of doing this dope custom built Django thing, but that isn’t happening. Just not enough time. Hosting rn on wordpress.com but maybe one day I’ll move to my own. For some reason I think that’d be cooler than this 😆

The main reason I’m making this site is that I’m pissed at Twitter and YouTube rn. Twitter is currently blocking The Babylon Bee account (one of my favs) and YouTube took down my Ivermectin video. So hopefully this is a way to get out things I wanna share and that I’ll be vigilant enough to make backups of the site regularly so that if wordpress.com ever yanked the plug on me, I could migrate to a new server.

P.S. For video, do I just host videos directly here? Or do I try and use whatever that fediverse one is? Not sure which instance I could trust to not censor me like youtube did and I’ve tried setting up my own instance in the past…it’s not fun
